Fruit Salad 's Recipe



INGREDIENTS :

- Fresh fruit : Apple, Melon, Pear

- Canned fruit : Longan (Kelengkeng), Lychee, Peach Halves

- Cheese

- Fresh milk – 1 can

- Mineral water – 1 can

- Cornflour (Maizena) – 2 spoon

- Sugar – 3 spoon

- Salt – ½ spoon

- Roombutter – 3 spoon

- Pepper – ½ spoon

- Yolk – 5 egg

- Mayonaize – 3 spoon

- Vinegar (sufficiently)


HOW TO COOK :

Mayonaize dough

1. Mix fresh milk, mineral water, maizena, sugar, salt, roombutter, and pepper in pan, after that cooked with small fire while stirred

2. Shake the yolk in another bowl until homogen, and mix with a little mayonize liquid dough while stirred, and then enter it into a pan, wait until cooked while stirred again and lifted from the stove.

3. Add mayonize and vinegar to the dough that already cooked,and stirred until homogen.

For the fruit

1. Peeled the fresh fruits and sliced according to your taste

2. Filtered the water from canned fruit and sliced the fruit according to your taste

After finish mix the fruit and the mayonize dough and give cheese on the top..

    But, you can make it easier :)

    Try to reduce the ingredients. So you just have fresh fruit like apple, watermelon, and any fruits that easy to find. Never use canned fruit dear.. It'll make your salad tastes 'too much'. For the dressing, just simply combine thousand island and mayonaise. Give a little lemon water and salt. Better don't use vinegar too. Mix all of it in a bowl, and refrigerate it :D

  2. Hweee... Thanks a lot mba' for your suggestion.. But i think don't use kind of watery fruit, because if we save in refrigerator more than 1 hour, the fruit salad will be juicy.. :D

    And if we want make the mayonaise dough like that, we can add with the bowl egg that was already sliced in a small pieces..
